My Healthy Dinner Recipe

Are you on diet?? tapi boring dengan makanan diet yg sama setiap hari..well lets try this simple diet food recipe..cepat di masak sedap di makan..heheheheh Low Fat Noodles-CINTAN ( any brands also can)
Prepare noodles according to package directions.Drain and set aside

Fillet fish, carrot,celery and bell pepper (finely chopped)


Saute garlic with olive oil in frying pan for 1 minute over medium/high heat.
Add carrot,celery,bell pepper and fish fillet. Stir.


Reduce heat to low and add noodles and soy sauce. Mix well over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes
and...ready to serve.very simple but yummy!

healthy food lah. ndak pernah pun sa nampak maggie low fat nie 1st time. bah sa mo cari lah maggie low fat nie...hehehehe

Rosc: sa pun 1st tym makan maggie low fat ni..at least ada juga untuk org yg terlebih fat ni ..hehehe
