Post # 16 - Zumba has changed my life!

So far after doing two weeks of  Zumba..my pants are definitely getting looser sudah...  it wasn't obvious results but enough to motivate me!  so dengan automatic cara pengambilan makanan pun terus berubah...sebelum ni selalu ambil heavy breakfast and lunch cuma for dinner ada kurang sikit lah.Tapi sekarang saya make sure ambil light breakfast, contohnya seperti coffee/nescafe with sandwich/biscuits then for lunch saya mesti makan nasi + sayur+ikan/daging ayam. (sa prefer tapau dari rumah masak sendiri) sekarang ni mau berjimat  untuk "ongkos" pi bercuti nanti.;-P

For dinner pula...lepas balik dari Zumba..memang teda tenaga mau makan sudah..lepas mandi terus pi la la land (Zzzzzz)...punya siok tidur...bangun pagi pun rasa fresh saja. Aiseyyy macam teda cerita lain lagi bah kan...makan...zumba...hehehehe biasalah kalo ini amoi suda terlebih excited...well saya harap kamurang tdk boring lah kan..barang baik mesti mau share-share..betulkah tidak??  ;-)

turus termotivasi dan terjaga cara pemakanan o si Flo..ngam la tu, at least x rugi bah berzumba, ada visible result dan ada juga motivasi jaga makan..:)

I was hoping I can tapau from home,haha. Basically diet kit lebih kurang sama sudah... lets work hard... keep on updating... after 6 month will sure be able to see the result :D

I heard everywhere about this Zumba thingy. Macam mo join juga la.....

Mmg bagus tu ambik light breakfast sekrg sa minum coffee ja pagi2 terus rasa kenyang ni..then makan lunch or skipped lunch.

zumba is everywhere now. apa lagi skrg ramai sdh anak2 didik si michelle koh sudah kasi lebar sayap. for instance, sini penampang pun start sudah class dia. nasib la zumbla classes selalu clash sama tuition sa, kalau nda tambah tulang sa sebab mcm hari2 pun mau pi zumba.

p/s masakan mu itu mencetus motivasi mau tapau dari rumah. tapi, tulah mau bangun awal mo masak tu yang payah...
