7 days Detox plan (Day 2)

Sorry no pic this time.

7.00 am: Plain water + Lemon

9.00 am: Sweet potatoes + watermelon

2.00 pm : Mixed vege + potatoes

5.30pm : 1 hr workout @ gym

8.00pm: Mixed Vege + Potatoes

Pssstt...tadi aku timbang berat...i lost another 1.5kg in 2 days (^_^)

Careful oh, this is just a camouflage that your body is putting you through. We are 70% water, so you can imagine how it plays a role in determine our body weight. :-)
