3 Days Detox Plan ~ Come Join Me~ (Sticky Note..Scroll Down for new N3)

To All My Friends and Ladies Out There........
Terutama sekali mereka yg mmg berhajat nak buat detox tu aku syorkan korang untuk try 3 day detox plan dulu sebelum pergi ke 7 day detox plan.Sebab aku tahu ramai yang kantoi half way hehehehehe..Menurut kata my friend (She's a doctor) if we really..really..really follow the menu...mmg confirm boleh turun berat sebanyak 2-5 kg dlm 3 hari...wow sound good right? so untuk memeriahkan lagi..i nak ajak korang detox beramai-ramai dgn syarat2 nya..(hehehehe ada syarat lagi tu)
1. Sila tinggal kan nama dan blog's url dlm my comment's box
2. Sila list down menu sepanjang 3 hari detox
3.Timbang berat sebelum dan selepas (Gambar sila publish dlm blog masing2)
4.Mesti Jujur pada diri sendiri (Kalo tipu..itu urusan kamu dgn "DIA")
5.Kalau kantoi 1/2 way..sila buat pengakuan dlm blog masing2 ( ala2 99HTN)
6.Tak ada yuran penyertaan...cuma ada special token from me after CHRISTMAS kepada mereka yang berjaya menurunkan berat sebanyak 3kg ke atas.
7.Kepada mereka yg tidak berjaya korang dikehendaki meletakkan 24hrs sticky note dlm blog memasing untuk story kepada mereka yang telah berjaya menurunkan 3kg .(pandai2 koranglah mcm mana nak story..)
8.Penyertaan terbuka kepada sesiapa yang berminat kecuali mereka yang mempunyai penyakit yg serius & Mengandung adalah tidak dibenarkan sama sekali.

You Might Need This........The Detox Diet

If you prefer the natural way of life--organic foods, home-grown vegetables, and fishing for yourself--the detox diet may be just what you're looking for. This diet plan is designed to rid the body of any toxic materials. Because of the numerous chemicals that exist in our world, a number of individuals say a detox diet is necessary for good health in the long-term. With the detox diet, the body rids itself of toxins through the skin and lungs. The diet may be accompanied by other holistic health techniques, such as the administration of nutritional supplements, hydrotherapy, and physical activity.
How, exactly, does the body become contaminated by toxins? The contamination can occur as a result of food additives, mercury, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. Through the process of digestion, the body takes in the toxins. In addition to promoting weight loss, a detox diet can help heal migraines, stomach trouble, colds, and joint pain. It may also be effective against heart disease and arthritis.
You should not start a detox diet without talking to your health care provider. It may be that you are suffering from symptoms such as pain or fatigue because you have a serious illness that must be treated. In such a case, the detox diet alone may not be enough to cure what is ailing you.
A detox diet may not always be appropriate. But if you believe you have ingested a great deal of chemicals and you find yourself fatigued, the detox diet may be beneficial for your overall health and well-being. Detox diet enthusiasts say it should be followed at least twice a year in order to improve one's health. If you suffer from a specific disease, however, you may need to maintain the program for a protracted period of time.
You may notice immediate results from your detox diet. These results can include enhanced energy, better skin, easier digestion, and clearer thinking. Once your detox diet is complete, you should attempt to replenish your body with nutrients in order to, in effect, "build your body" back up.
However, there are certain individuals who do not make good candidates for a detox diet. These include heart disease patients, cancer patients, and kidney disease patients. And, while a detox diet can cleanse your body, it should not be considered a substitute for your ordinary medication. In fact, you should never stop taking medication without talking to your physician first.
It should be noted that there are side-effects that have been associated with the detox diet. These include migraines, skin problems, or fatigue. Usually, however, these side-effects disappear in time. As a result, a number of people actually use their vacation time in order to engage in detox so that their work will not be compromised.
You'll be happy to know that there are a number of foods you can indulge in while on a detox diet. These include fruits, vegetables, rice, chickpeas, fish, oil, and herbal tea. While following the diet, you'll also need to drink eight glasses of water in order to eliminate waste from the blood. However, you should not drink immediately before or after your meals. You should also make sure that you chew your food thoroughly in order to promote proper digestion.
However, there are also a number of foods that you will have to give up. These include sugar, milk, eggs, wheat products, gluten, and caffeine-filled beverages. You must also avoid foods with preservatives, yeast, chocolate, and anything that is high in fat.
Is it possible to lose weight with the detox diet? Most definitely. But you could have a difficult time keeping the weight off since you will eventually have to go off of the diet. However, it is possible that some of the dietary guidelines that you observe while detoxing will continue long after the diet is over.
Also, just giving up alcohol will ensure that you will lose weight. For instance, you may find that you simply lose your taste for food high in fat content. Nevertheless, the detox diet can be quite challenging--especially if you are emotionally attached to the foods that are banned. Yet, in time, you may decide that going on the detox diet was the best move you ever made.

3 Days Detox Menu

Day 1

Get up from bed : Drink water + lemon or Fresh Fruit Juice (only fresh no added sugars)
7.00am : 2 glass of water
8.00: Fresh fruit salad / Light Wholegrain cereal
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am-12pm: Fruits
2.30pm : 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits
5.30pm: Workout for 30 minutes (Brisk walk)
7.00Pm: Fruits salad
10.00pm: Fruits
2 glass water before sleep


Day 2

Get up from bed: Drink water + lemon or Fresh Juice (only fresh no added sugars)
7.00am: 2 glass of water
8.00am: Fresh fruit + veggies salad
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am: Fruits
12.00pm: Veggies and fresh fish grilled or steam
2.30pm: 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits
5.30pm : Workout for 30 minutes ( brisk walk)
7.00pm : Veggies and steamed fish
10.00pm: Fruits
2 glass of water before sleep

Day 3

Get up from bed: Drink water + lemon or Fresh juice (only fresh and no added sugar)
7.00am: 2 glass of water
8.00am: Fresh fruits salad
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am : Fruits
12.00am: Fresh fruits salad
2.30pm : 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits
5.30pm : Workout for 30 minutes (Brisk walk)
7.00pm: Veggies and fish (Steamed or grilled)
9.30pm: 2 glass of water
10.00pm: Fruits
2 glass of water before sleep

Note: NO JUNK FOOD, NO COFFEE OR TEA, NO STIR FRY AND NO CAN FOODS during this entire process. Please makesure u have enough sleep as well.

7 days Detox's Plan ~Mission Accomplished~

Yesterday was my last day for 7 days detox's plan...and im so happy coz i manage to completed the task..! Walaupun tak sampai target coz i only lost about 3 kg..sebab menu tak ikut 100% tulah pasal hehehehehe..i think im gonna start again on wed..tgk lah mcm mana...maybe i'll choose diff plan lah pula..kalo boleh yg 2-3 hari punya ..cukuplah yg 7 days plan heheheh. Ok this is my menu for yesterday "manggo"...bangun dah hampir lunch so makan ni saja.
For dinner, i only ate bun & orange juice. (Menu ada lari sikit hehehehe)
So how about Uols? jom lah share2 experience detox ni.

7 days Detox plan (Day 6)

Walaupun hari ni tidak kerja, tapi aku tetap bangun awal jam 7.00am untuk minum air + limau..lepas tu sambung tidur sampai jam 11.00am...shhhhhh.
Untuk lunch aku makan di luar, order sup kepala ikan (tanpa mee). slurpppp habis semangkuk lapar ohhhh
For tea break makan buah betik saja, then jam 4.30pm pi gym..hari ni awal sikit sebab teda kerja...tanpa disangka..one of my gymmate tiba2 tegur.."eh Flo , ko ni ada kurus sudah ohhhh" apa lagi..semakin laju aku belari atas treadmill tu ..muahahahahahaha perasan sikit kweng2x
(sila muntah)...tapi aku happy sebab tidak sia2 99HTN & detox selama ini...ada baju lama boleh muat suda..tapi walau mcm mana pun masi jauh perjalanan tau...i have another 13kgs to go...lepas ni kena kerja keras lagi untuk sampai target!
Untuk dinner , aku masak special sikit "baked beans chicken"..walaupun nampak mcm heavy tetapi sebenarnya aku kurangkan pengunaan minyak & garam...seperti biasa resepi ni aku pinjam dari internet...kalau nak cuba silalah copy resepi ni ok.
BAKED BEANS CHICKEN
Bahan-bahan
1 tin baked bean
300 gm ayam [potong kecil]
3 s/b minyak
3 s/b tomato sos
1 biji bawang besar (hiris)
2 ulas bawang putih (cincang)
3 biji cili merah [cincang]
garam dan gula
1 pokok kecil daun sup [cincang]
kentang goreng [jika suka]

Cara membuat
Panaskan minyak
Tumis bawang putih & bawang besar
Masukkan ayam (seeloknya ditutup bagi mempercepatkan daging itu masak).
Masukkan tomato sos
Masukkan baked bean dan gaul hingga rata.
Hidang bersama roti bakar atau garlic bread atau nasi

7 days Detox plan (Day 5)

Wk up at 7.00am: Plain water + lemon

For breakfast: Papaya

For Lunch: Fish with tomato soup

6.00 to 7.00pm: workout at gym



For dinner: Mixed Vege + Fried Fish


So far i've lost about 3kg in 6 days...not much but at least there is...mungkin sebab period sebab tu tak banyak turun...anyway im happy and m gonna try again next week after 3 days rest.

7.00am: Plain water + Lemon

For breakfast, Lunch & Teabreak : Banana + milk...(makan minum sampai muak lol)


For Dinner: Seaweed Soup (Mixed with carrot & mushroom) -ini tiada dlm menu sebab aku saja ya memandai cipta menu sendiri muahahahaha
Psssttt...hari ni penat sangat sebab ulang alik masuk tandas...korang faham2 lah detox on progress mah!

Today's menu
7.00am : Plain water + lemon

9.00am-12.00pm: Fruits

12.00pm-3.00pm: Vegetables
5.30-6.30: Workout at gym

8.00pm: Wonder soup :P
P/s;
Sangat penting ya....sepanjang detox ni jangan sesekali biarkan diri tu kelaparan..cthnya untuk menu hari ini ialah fruits & veges...anda boleh makan benda yg sama sepanjang hari dan sekerap yg boleh asalkan perut tdk kosong.and one more thing don't forget to drink a lots of water.

As promised, my detox's menu for today........^_^
7.00am - Plain water + lemon

9.00am & 12.00pm- Watermelon

8.30pm-Wonder soup (mine, a lil bit diff coz i mixed with carrot)


10.00pm -Juice (any juice also can do)





Phewww...akhirnya berjaya juga misi untuk hari pertama. So i have another 6 days to go...muahahah. Pengalaman hari ini, pagi tadi mmg agak payah sedikit sebab aku hanya makan buah tembikai untuk breakfast & lunch so perasaan lapar tu tak usah cakaplah..lapar gila beb!!..tapi yang penting kena motivate kan diri sendiri..dan sibuk2 kanlah diri dgn kerja supaya tak ingat nak makan heheheheh..lagi satu jan lupa minum air banyak2 k.....can't wait for day 2..boleh ke??? >_<
