Wk up at 7.00am: Plain water + lemon
For breakfast: Papaya For Lunch: Fish with tomato soup
6.00 to 7.00pm: workout at gym
For dinner: Mixed Vege + Fried Fish
So far i've lost about 3kg in 6 days...not much but at least there is...mungkin sebab period sebab tu tak banyak turun...anyway im happy and m gonna try again next week after 3 days rest.

Dlm 1 minggu ni, baru ku kurang 500g... Susah bah, cPG jaga makan. Disuruhnya ku makan siap semua makanan yg dimasaknya. (perut oink oink, kidney oink oink, kaki oink oink, ayam 1 ekor 1 hari. SENGSARA eh!
