7.00 am- water + lemon
8.30am- 1 bottle of mineral water (small)
No breakfast at all coz im sooooo busy today.... damn!
For lunch: Mixed veggies + hinava & sambal belacan
No gym today..just do sit-up im my room heheheh
For dinner: Fruits & drink lots of water
Finally.......................i manage to completed the 3 days detox plan..yeehaaaa...cant wait to see the result!!! my target is to lose at least 1.5-2 kg ...hmmmm boleh ke?? tunggguuuuuuu

Hinava (Umai) ni makanan tradisional org sabah & sarawak.Ikan mentah (ikan putih/tenggiri/yu) yg dimasak dgn hanya menggunakan perahan air cuka & limau + halia+bawang+tomato & cili padi.

flo..apa kata tiap2 minggu kita semua reramai (yg nak join) buat 3 hari detox dalam 1 minggu....i mean detox time hari bekerja...apamacam...best jugak utk mempercepatkan berat turun...
